Diet-Free Eating for Health is my way of showing you how to become healthy, prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, obesity and many other health issues that you may have without dieting.

There are many diets that are advertised to help you be healthy or lose weight.

These include the vegetarian diet, the vegan diet, the weight control diets, and more.  We will talk about the pros and cons of some of these diets. If you have tried them or believe in them, please let me know what you like or dislike about these diets.

Most weight-loss diets help you to lose weight but when you go off the diet, you normally go back to your old way of eating and gain the weight back plus some extra pounds.  Changing your eating habits by using my Diet-Free Eating for Health Program, you will find that your weight will adjust to what you eat and you will lose or gain weight determined by your body’s needs.

Diet-Free Eating for Health is not a diet.  It is a program designed to help you learn
